We would like to arrange and purchase the round-trip tickets (in e-ticket) from the nearest international airport in your country to Japan, and the round bus-ticket to your hotel from HANEDA / NARITA airport. We can NOT cover the domestic travel expenses from your departure point to the international airport in your country.
On Dec 6th, the travel agent which we will contract will meet participants at NARITA or HANEDA airport, and hand on the round-trip bus tickets to your hotel. Participants will then ride on the designated limousine-bus from the airport to the hotel.
The arrangement and reservation for your hotel from Dec 6th to 8th will be implemented by our travel agency. If participants would like to arrive at Tokyo before 6th Dec, or leave Japan after 9th Dec or to be accompanied with any person, please let us know the detail and the extra-charge must be covered by yourself.
Participants are required to check-in and out yourself.
Participants from Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam are required to apply for Japanese entry visa for a short-term stay. We will prepare the documents for your application, so please apply to the Japanese entry visa at Japanese Embassy or Consulate well in advance. (Normally 5 working days are necessary for procedure.)
For your application, the listed below are necessary:
Ex: ii. Birth certificate, a copy of identification card (ID), a copy of a driver's license, etc. iii. Residence certificate, marriage certificate, curriculum vitae, etc.
As identification documents and supporting documents required vary according to the local situation and purpose of visit, please inquire directly to the embassy/consulate-general with jurisdiction over the place of residence of the visa applicant well in advance
The participants from Australia, Belgium and United States are not required to apply for Japanese entry visa for a short-term stay.
