Collecting of Publications and Presentations related to GEOTRACES Japan

GEOTRACES Japan has been collecting related publication and presentation using the library of EndNote
Paper/Presention in English will be collected in English and Paper/Presention in Japnese will be collected in Japanse. Please refere the followings for way to collect.

via EndNote Web

  1. please make your account in EndNote Web (free of charge for Basic version)
  2. please send your account information to Dr. Sohrin, Kyoto Univ. (sohrin (a) scl.kyoto-u.ac.jp)．
  3. When Group sharing was establised by Dr. Sohrin, you will see GTJpresentations and GTJpublications in your My Group in My Reference．
  4. Please regsiter a new paper information in GTJpublications
    1. Requested information: Reference Type，Author，Title，Year，Journal，Volume，Issue，Pages.
      Author: enter full name of all authors.
      Journal: enter full name of the Journal.
    2. You can save time and effort by downloading a citation file (in RIS type or EndNote type) from Journal homepage and then importing it into EndNote Web.
  5. Please register a new presentation in GTJpresentations
    1. Requested information: Reference Type, Author，Title，Year of Conference，Conference Name，Conference Location，Label
      Reference Type: enter "Conference Proceedings"
      Year of Conference: enter date of presentation (2013, 8. 27)
      Label: enter type of presentation (Oral, Poster, Invited)

via E-mail

  1. Please send infromation to Dr. Sohrin as text or attched file of e-mail.
  2. New Paper information by any of:
    1. a download file of citation (in RIS type or EndNote type) from Jounal homepage
    2. a pdf file of your paper
    3. text or attched file containing the the following information
      Requested information type: Reference Type，Author，Title，Year，Journal，Volume，Issue，Pages．
      Author: enter full name of all authours
      Journal: enter full name of the Journal
  3. New Presentation information by any of:
    1. RIS file or EndoNote export file
    2. text or attched file of e-mail containing the the following information
      Requested Information Type: Reference Type，Author，Title，Year of Conference，Conference Name，Conference Location，Label.
      Reference type: enter "Conference Proceedings"
      Year of Conference: enter date of presentation (2013, 8. 27)
      Label: enter type of presentation (Oral, Poster, Invited)
