PROJECT OFFICE for GODAR WESTPAC

 

A Project Office will be located at a National Oceanographic Data Centre from within the region.

 

Tasks for Project Office

·          develop a Web Site to promote the project, providing information on the projects activities and results.

·          publish a brochure describing the GODAR activities

·          collect information on the marine research resource in the region

·          collect information on data location that is in need of ¡Ærescue¡Ç

·          identify data from the previously mentioned location processes, attempt to obtain this data from the researchers or institutes

·          make arrangement for data digitising plan among data centers

·          make arrangement seminar / workshop and cooperation among related data centers, research institutes and international bodies

These activities will be coordinate with Working Group
