Data Policy of JGOFS Japan

The JGOFS data includes all kinds of data generated by various JGOFS research projects which are affiliated to the National Committee for JGOFS. All of the JGOFS data must be submitted to DMO.
It has been decided that the data after being deposited for a certain period of time at the DMO for exclusive use of the JGOFS community, shall be transferred to proper Data Centers for use by a larger community. Consent of the concerned researchers is required for use of JGOFS data before its release to the public. In addition, in case the data forms any part of a published material it is necessary to consult the concerned workers on matters such as collaboration or due acknowledgment.
